- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Never had good support. As a power of attorney I was told in order to conduct business for my son while he was out of country they told me they would shut down his bank card and I would become sole heir to his acts. After spending over 21 yrs in the military I gave power of attorney to 3 different people and not once when they conducted business in my name did they shut me down overseas. Either the regs changed ( which they had not) or they are just completely incompetent. They are lazy too. No one has any motivation to do one iota over what their Joe description is. Pathetic. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The drive threw is beyond slow I have ben wating in line since 5:10pm it is now 5:45pm and only one persons car has moved since, the tellers are running around in the bank instead of getting line down this has to be the worst bank experance ever finally it's now 5:48 pm being helped......By brittnie sheeley, February 12, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Bank tellers are not properly trained. They would not give me my funds even though I am a signer on the account & the funds were available. Wanted control and got into my personal business. I asked Brad, the branch manager if he has ever read these reviews & he said he has. So I asked him what he was doing about it.
